1. Agreement to Terms

By registering on or using https://suvidhasetu.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the platform.

2. Partner Access Pass & Membership Perks

• Onboarding Fee: Activating an affiliate partner account requires a one-time Partner Access Pass fee of ₹999.
• Welcome Cashback: Upon pass activation, partners receive an instant ₹400 welcome cashback credited to their wallet.
• Shopping Vouchers: Partners receive 20 discount coupons valued at ₹100 each (Total ₹2,000). Vouchers are applicable on qualifying e-commerce orders of ₹500 or more.

3. Affiliate Referral & Performance Model

• Initial Sales Ratio: The first referral bonus unlocks at an initial 2:1 sales balance across direct channels.
• Ongoing Matching: Subsequent rewards calculate at a 1:1 matched sales ratio.
• Daily Performance Cap: Maximum referral matches are capped at 20 qualified referrals daily (up to ₹3,000 daily performance cap).
• Income Disclaimer: Referral commissions represent potential maximum caps based on sales performance. Income is not guaranteed and depends on individual promotional effort and qualifying team volume.

4. Digital Utility & Booking Services

SuvidhaSetu acts as a distribution platform for mobile recharges, DTH, bill payments, and travel services (bus, IRCTC train, flight, hotel). Users are responsible for ensuring correct biller and consumer details prior to confirming transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

Misuse of referral channels, automated abuse of utility APIs, or fraudulent chargebacks will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated wallet balances.
